Attention MCHS Seniors!!!!
2024 Graduation Practice & Graduation Updates/Reminders
Graduation practice will be held at 8:30 AM on Thursday, May 23, in the Mid-Carolina High School Gym. It is mandatory that all graduating Seniors and Junior Marshalls be present for practice. Each Senior will receive 3 passes that will allow a total of 15 guests to attend the ceremony at Lon Armstrong Stadium (football field). Each pass will allow a total of 5 guests to enter. In the event that we have inclement weather, each Senior will receive passes for 6 guests to attend the graduation ceremony in the Mid-Carolina High School gym and 3 guests to view the ceremony from the overflow area in the Mid-Carolina High School cafeteria. Graduation passes will be given to Seniors directly after practice is concluded on May 23. Also, the MCHS yearbook sponsor will take an official class of 2024 picture at 8:30 AM. Seniors please bring your cap and gown to practice and please be on time!!!
The MCHS Graduation Ceremony will be held on May 24 at 8:30 AM at Lon Armstrong Football Stadium. All Seniors and Junior Marshalls are to meet in the Mid-Carolina Middle School Gym no later than 7:00 AM on May 24. Graduating Seniors and Junior Marshalls will park in the bus parking lot located behind the MC softball field on the Mid-Carolina Middle School campus. Pass holders and guests will be allowed to enter the football stadium at 7:15 AM. The entrance gate will be locked at 8:15 AM. No one will be allowed to enter the stadium after that time so please be on time.
Parking will be limited and traffic may cause delays for attendees. To limit the amount of traffic on May 24 attendees are asked to carpool in order to reduce the number of vehicles entering and exiting the parking lot at the Mid-Carolina Middle School campus.

The 2024 MCHS Graduation Ceremony Will Be Broadcast Live Again This Year -
The NCSD will broadcast graduation on YouTube so that individuals who do not have tickets can watch graduation live from any location with internet access. After graduation, the video will be saved to YouTube so our graduates, family, and friends can view at their convenience. Please remember that graduation is a live event. Due to this event being streamed in real time there is the potential for complications to occur during the broadcast.
