Extended In-Person Registration Information for July 24 and July 30

MCHS Extended In-Person Registration Dates & Times:

  • Wednesday, July 24th - 9 am-3 pm

  • Tuesday, July 30th – 9 am – 2 pm

  • Friday, August 2nd – Districtwide Meetings-NO REGISTRATION

  • Tuesday, August 6th - 9 am-2 pm

    LAST DAY OF REGISTRATION

  • Wednesday, August 7th: STUDENTS RETURN

    ALL STUDENTS MUST BE REGISTERED BEFORE THIS DATE !

Please remember that during the in-person part of registration, students/parents can pay fees, pre-purchase yearbooks, etc. and will receive schedules, and other important information.

NOTE: Parking passes and the pre-ordering of yearbooks can only be done in-person at the school.

The following departments will not be available at MCHS on our extended registration dates: Newberry County Career Center, MCHS Nurse (health plans & questions), and MCHS Administrators (to approve proofs of residencies). The MCHS Guidance Department (schedule questions) and our PowerSchool Clerk (on-line registration assistance) may or may not be available on our extended registration dates.

On-Line Registration Information

The School District of Newberry County has established a partnership with FinalForms, an online registration service. For parents of students who are currently enrolled this school year, please refrain from creating a new account. All existing parents within The School District of Newberry County should have received a confirmation email from FinalForms on May 6, 2024. If you did not receive an email by this date, we ask you to check your email spam. To assist you in getting started with FinalForms, an electronic copy of a Parent registration help guide is provided.

For those who wish to register a first-time student to The School District of Newberry County, please visit https://newberry-sc.finalforms.com/ .

To assist you in getting started with FinalForms, all schools will have an electronic copy of a Parent Playbook.

If you require further assistance, please contact your school to obtain the playbook or log into FinalForms, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on “Get Help."

Online registration should be completed in its entirety before attending the in-person part of registration. Please let us know if you need access to a computer/internet for online registration. Computers will be available to assist with the completion of online registration outside of our school’s guidance office between the hours of our extended registration dates and times.

Note: Returning Students also include incoming 9th graders from Mid-Carolina Middle School.
