Congratulations to our NHS Beta Club Winners!
CONGRATULATIONS to our Newberry High School Beta Club! This past weekend, 34 NHS students attended and competed at the Senior Beta Club State Convention in Myrtle Beach, SC.
The club was proud to place in nine events, each accompanied with an invitation to compete at the National Convention:
1st place— Fiber Art Division I (Jackie Hernandez-Vega)

1st place— Spanish 11th grade (Lilliana Rojas-Alderete)
2nd place— Agri-science 9th grade (Bryce Satterwhite)
2nd place— Mixed Media Division II (Bailey Corbett)
2nd place— Science 10th grade (Jeremy Glasgow)
3rd place— Black & White Photography Division II (Shyanne Powell)
3rd place— Social Studies 11th grade (Bailey Corbett)
3rd place— Spanish 9th grade (Jackie Hernandez-Vega)
